I'm originally from Bangladesh, and much like any other culture, we have our fair share of folklore. So I decided to collect short stories from the Bengal region, all written by Lal Behari Dey, and create an illustrated book out of them. This was a project where I wanted to pair illustration with type, and also a project that let me explore my culture through design and illustration.
